He holds a PhD in neuroscience and has specialist backgrounds in future skills, biomimicry, agile methods and organizational development. As co-creator of the Future Skills Navigator and initiator of the Hybrid Thinking approach, he guides people and organizations toward future-readiness. Arndt is a lecturer for Future Studies, Responsible Innovation, Circular Economy, Systems Thinking and Enterprise Agility at various prestigious universities in Europe.
