Anna is UNICEF Hungary's Young Ambassador and Climate Hero. She is 16 years old and a student at Kazinczy Ferenc High School and Boarding School in Győr - a school committed to promoting sustainability. She is passionate about climate protection because she knows that protecting the planet is primarily about her generation and its future. She believes it is important that young people have a say in the issues that affect them. She wants them to be able to decide for themselves when it comes to their own future because they have dreamed of a better world than the one that awaits them if we don't help. A world where everyone's voice counts and where working together is the way forward. Where everyone can contribute their small part to the big picture. "This is what I want to do. And the first step is NOW," she warns.
